Author Guidelines
GENERAL INFORMATION Manuscripts must be original, have not been published previously in any scientific journal, and are not being submitted for publication elsewhere. They will not be submitted to any media during the review process unless the authors have officially withdrawn the manuscripts from Online Learning in Educational Research. This statement must be included in a statement of originality and copyright release form (Form A). The Journal of Advanced Sciences and Mathematics Education (JASME) uses Similarity Check powered by Turnitin to prevent any suspected plagiarism in the manuscripts. Manuscripts submitted must cover research topics that have no conflict with bioethical research. The journal is published twice a year.
MANUSCRIPT FILE Manuscripts must be written in English and use standard scientific terminology. Authors whose first language is not English should have their manuscripts reviewed by an English editing service before submitting them to JASME. Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format, except for graphs, which should use the Microsoft Excel program, and figures, which should be in JPEG or PDF format. Manuscripts should be typed using Cambria font at 11 points. The length of the manuscript should be approximately 9 to 15 pages, written in A4 paper format, with the following margins: top 2.5 cm, left 2.5 cm, right 2 cm, bottom 2 cm. The text should be single-column (except for abstracts, figures, or tables that cannot be reduced due to readability), justified, and single-spaced. The manuscript comprises five main sections: Introduction, Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and Suggestions, Acknowledgment, and References.
The title of the manuscript must be as brief as possible and must represent the content of the manuscript. Authors' names are written below the title, followed by authors' affiliation and email address. The abstract is written in English and should represent the manuscript. The abstract should be written narratively, comprising the aims/objectives, methods, and findings of the research/article. Keywords should include words or phrases that are important, specific, or representative of the article. The style should follow APA 7th edition. The references should include journals and non-journals published in the last six years.
The manuscript must be written following the JASME template. The manuscript must be in *.doc format and submitted via the journal system through online submission by creating an account in this Open Journal System (OJS) [click REGISTER if you do not have an account yet; or click LOG IN if you already have an account]. All author(s)' names and identities must be fully entered in the form filled out by the corresponding author, including email, affiliation, and each author's short biography (in the 'Bio Statement' column). [If the manuscript is written by two or more authors, please click 'Add Author' in the 3rd step of 'ENTER METADATA' in the submission process and then enter each author's data.]
All correspondences, information, and decisions regarding submitted manuscripts will be conducted via the email provided in the manuscript and/or the emails used for submission. The status of the manuscript can be checked in the OJS by logging into the journal. If you have submission queries, please contact fredigpsw@gmail.com. Template download HERE.
