Focus and Scope

The aim of this journal is to publish high-quality articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the field of defense, resilience, and security. Its scope includes theory development, product development, conceptual framework, theory implementation, and decision-making to assist National Defense, Security, and Resilience. A wide range of methodological approaches to defense, security, and resilience matters will be encompassed - integrated, qualitative and quantitative approach. Authors are invited to submit articles that have not been previously published and are not being considered elsewhere. Specific areas of focus relate to the development of mathematics, science, and technology to support defense, security, and resilience in the face of military and non-military threats such as:

• Millitary such as Chemical, Biological, Radiologycal, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRN-E) and Advanced Material for defense technology and industry.
• Non-millitary such as Food, New and Renewable Energy, Health, and Enviromental.
• Programming and modeling-based technology development.

Review papers with insightful, integrative, applicable and up-to-date major topic progress are also welcome.
