Online Learning in Educational Research (OLER) Journal, is a peer-reviewed academic journal published quarterly (four issues per year) starting from Volume 6, Issue 1 (2026). The journal aims to disseminate high-quality empirical and theoretical research in the fields of Media Technology, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), and Education. OLER publishes original studies that explore the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of digital and interactive technologies to support online and technology-enhanced learning. Emphasis is placed on instructional media, digital culture in education, user experience design, multimodal interaction, and the role of HCI in shaping learner engagement, collaboration, motivation, and learning outcomes in diverse educational contexts.
