Focus and Scope

The Asia Pacific Journal of Education in Mathematics, Science and Technology (AJEMST) is a peer-reviewed scholarly online journal. The AJEMST is published in Juny and December.

The AJEMST welcomes any papers on math education, science education and educational technology using techniques from and applications in any technical knowledge domain: original theoretical works, literature reviews, research reports, social issues, psychological issues, curricula, learning environments, research in an educational context, book reviews, and review articles. The articles should be original, unpublished, and not in consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to the AJEMST.

The template is mandatory for articles submitted for review. The template can be used for accepted papers.

Peer Review Process

The articles should be original, unpublished, and not in consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to the Asia Pacific Journal of Education in Mathematics, Science and Technology (AJEMST) and during the review process.

The AJEMST is a refereed journal and has a double-blind review process. Any manuscript submitted for consideration in publication in the AJEMST is reviewed by at least two international reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. Please remove any author information from the submission for review. 

Manuscripts should be in the following areas: science education including physics, chemistry or biology education, mathematics education or educational technology.

 

Publication Frequency

The Asia Pasific Journal of Education in Mathematics Science and Technology published two times a year, in June and December.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
